Experiencing Access Problems

Reset your password online via the UWC Password Management portal for students and staff. The site is reasonably self explanatory and can be access at
Please note that users must be able to log into their myUWC email account ( before they can change their password.  A link is emailed to their email address which enables them to change their password.
If you still experience login problems after accessing the Self Service Password Portal, please contact the ICS Service Desk. Welcome to the University of the Western Cape Library Research Support  Guide for students, faculty, staff, and researchers. The library has a goal of providing  resources and services to those learning, teaching, working, or researching on and off-campus.
