Experiencing Login Problems?
Reset your password online via the UWC Password Management portal for students and staff. The site is reasonably self-explanatory and can be accessed at https://mypassword.uwc.ac.za
Please note that users must be able to log into their myUWC email account (studentnumber@myuwc.ac.za) before they can change their password. A link is emailed to their email address which enables them to change their password.
If you still experience login problems after accessing the Self Service Password Portal, please contact the ICS Service Desk. They can be reached by telephone (021 959-2000) or email servicedesk@uwc.ac.za. Please have your date of birth and student number.on hand, if you are a South African student, OR your ID number or Passport no., if you are a foreign national.
