Follow these examples closely for all layout, punctuation, spacing, italicising and capitalising.
The title should be italicised and followed by Doctoral dissertation, or Master's thesis, in square brackets.
If the work is retrieved from a database, it should include the name of the database, and the accession number.

Author, A. A. (Year). Title: Subtitle [Type of thesis]. Name of institution awarding the degree.
