The General Reference Desk is in the Atrium at the start of the ramp on Level 5. This Librarian can point you in the right direction.
Your Faculty Librarian (see box below) can give more detailed advice. After 4:30 pm, the rostered Evening Librarian is on duty at the General Reference desk until 8 pm.
You may also approach the Peer Navigators in the Knowledge Commons which is open until midnight.
Depending on the nature of your query, any one of these Library staff may point you to the Self Learning Zone, also situated in the Atrium Level 5 so that you may take advantage of short training demos to equip yourself with the information you need.
Call the Reference Desk on 021-959-9397 between 8:30am and 8:00 pm
After 8pm, call the Knowledge Commons staff on 021-959-2932.
Go to the Self Learning Zone to access short video presentations to learn more about information research skills or Library databases. Empower yourself!
